HEPA is a not-for-profit Association, and the registration fee is used to cover the event costs.
The standard price is SGD700 (Singapore Dollars: Seven Hundred) for the three-day event.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the HEPA Secretariat at secretariat@hepa-association.org.
If a registrant is unable to attend the event, the Conference Committee encourages the nomination of a substitute participant at no additional charge.
The conference organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control (“force majeure”). Examples include, but are not limited to:
natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorist threats, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, government travel restrictions, visa denials, quarantine measures, or similar unforeseeable events.
In the event of force majeure, the organizers reserve the right to change the date, location, or format of the conference (including moving to a virtual platform) or cancel the event if necessary. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases. Participants agree to comply with any revised arrangements and policies.
